本实验采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,对大白菜不同生育阶段和不同组织器官的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱作了比较分析。结果表明,不同生育阶段及植株的不同部位的同工酶酶谱有明显差异。花蕾的酶带数最多,花薹的酶带数最少;各生育阶段植株叶片的同工酶谱均较模糊,酶带数也少;植株根部组织的酶活性强,谱带清晰;尤以2片真叶期的根部组织酶活性最强,谱带多而清晰,是大白菜过氧化物酶同工酶分析的适宜取材部位。
In this experiment, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to analyze the peroxidase isozymes of Chinese cabbage at different growth stages and different tissues and organs. The results showed that there were significant differences in isozyme zymograms at different stages of growth and in different parts of the plant. The number of bands in flower buds was the most, and the number of bands in flower stalks was the least. The isozymes of leaves in each growth stage were more obscure and the number of bands was less. The root tissues had strong enzyme activity and clear bands. The true leaf tissue root activity at the root of the strongest activity, more and more clear bands, Chinese cabbage peroxidase isozymes suitable for drawing the site.
