抓鱼比狩猎安全,又可以单独行动,所以说它是人类最原始的求生手段。鱼,自然成了最早进入人类食谱的肉类。鱼的鲜美无以复加,故而中国古人在造“鲜”字时用到鱼,而不用肉。正所谓“鱼之味,乃百味之味,吃了鱼,百味无味”。除了美味之外,人们也都知道吃鱼有益健康,但究其美味和有益人体物质的根源所在,却鲜为人知。
Catching fish is safer than hunting and can be acted alone, so it is the most primitive means of survival for mankind. Fish, naturally became the earliest meat into the human diet. The deliciousness of the fish is irrelevant, so Chinese ancients used fish instead of meat when making “fresh” characters. Is the so-called “fish’s taste, is the taste of the hundred taste, eat the fish, tasteless taste”. In addition to being delicious, people also know that eating fish is wholesome, but the root causes of its deliciousness and beneficial human material are little known.
