目的探讨青霉胺和硫酸锌对正常人外周血淋巴细胞DNA的损伤程度。②方法采用染色体分析技术,分别对对照组、青霉胺组(0.01μg/L)、硫酸锌组(0.02μg/L)和青霉胺+硫酸锌组(青霉胺0.01μg/L,硫酸锌0.02μg/L)体外培养的淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)频率进行了观察。③结果对照组、青霉胺组、硫酸锌组和青霉胺+硫酸锌组的SCE计数平均值分别为5.43±0.53,8.15±1.36,5.66±0.59和6.71±0.74,除对照组与硫酸锌组之间差异无显著性(t=1.264,P>0.05)外,其他各组之间差异均有极显著性(t=4.054~8.120,P<0.001)。④结论硫酸锌对染色体稳定性无影响,青霉胺对DNA损伤有一定的作用。
Objective To investigate the DNA damage of normal human peripheral blood lymphocytes by penicillamine and zinc sulfate. Methods Chromosomal analysis was used to detect the effect of penicillamine (0.01μg / L, 0.01μg / L), zinc sulfate (0.02μg / L) and penicillamine + zinc sulfate L, zinc sulfate 0.02μg / L) cultured in vitro lymphocytes sister chromatid exchange (SCE) frequency was observed. Results The average SCE counts of control group, penicillamine group, zinc sulfate group and penicillamine + zinc sulfate group were 5.43 ± 0.53, 8.15 ± 1.36 and 5.66 ± 0 respectively. 59 and 6.71 ± 0.74, except for the difference between the control group and the zinc sulfate group (t = 1.264, P> 0.05), the differences among the other groups were significant ( t = 4.054 ~ 8.120, P <0.001). ④ Conclusion Zinc sulfate has no effect on chromosome stability, penicillamine has a certain effect on DNA damage.
