2015年5月11日,航前机组反映左侧起飞构型警告失效,向前推油门杆无警告信息。故障出现后在PSEU上进行起飞警告自检,故障代码指向水平安定面传感器,全程作动PSEU传感器,PSEU上起飞警告正常。但驾驶舱左侧油门杆做起飞警告测试仍然无警告。根据技术科工程师意见,当油门杆推至53度以上时,测量PSEU D10982 42号插钉对地电阻,测量发现对地电阻较大,判断M1766故障。更换M1766,测试正常。
On May 11, 2015, the flight crew reported the failure of the left takeoff configuration warning and pushed the throttle stick forward without warning message. PSEU after the failure occurred on the takeoff warning self-test, the fault code points to the horizontal stabilizer sensor, the whole action PSEU sensor, take off PSEU normal warning. However, the cockpit left throttle lever to do take-off warning test is still no warning. According to the advice of technical engineers, when the throttle stick is pushed to more than 53 degrees, measure the resistance of PSEU D10982 42 pin to ground, and find that the resistance to ground is larger, and judge the fault of M1766. Replace M1766, the test is normal.
