本文从法理学和法律经济学的视角,以中国加入ＷＴＯ之后经济领域和社会公共领域的深刻变化为切入口,分析了ＷＴＯ将进一步推动中国经济的市场化、全球化、绿色化、知识化,加快公共事务的国际化和全球化趋势以及相应的法律变革趋势,分析了ＷＴＯ对法律技术化、信息化、法律职业化和共同体化、法制现代化和法学教育全球化的推进作用,在此基础上提出了作为法律发展基础工程的法学教育的改革思路与对策。
