本文介绍了天津宽河泵站更新改造工作所面临的问题,及更新改造中应用两种新型材料的情况,新型材料水下不分散聚合物改性混凝土在水中不离析,具有极好的流动性,能自流平、自密实,不泌水。另一种新型材料高分子涂膜防水材料变形性能良好,耐水、耐化学品侵蚀,对任何形状复杂部位均可施工,且施工简便,质量容易保证,应用这两种材料解决了泵站排水沟水下堵漏修补及墙体大面积防渗处理问题,施工效果令人满意。本文还介绍了应用这两种材料的部分施工方法。
