目的:建立小承气汤中和厚朴酚,大黄素,厚朴酚,大黄酚和大黄素甲醚的HPLC同时测定方法。方法:采用Apollo C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈和水,梯度洗脱,时间25min,流速1mL·min-1,检测波长为254nm。结果:和厚朴酚,大黄素,厚朴酚,大黄酚和大黄素甲醚的线性范围分别为0.03~0.61μg、0.09~0.31μg、0.03~0.73μg、0.02~0.10μg和0.08~0.22μg,精密度分别为0.51%、0.19%、0.50%、0.23%和0.13%,平均回收率分别为95.3%、95.1%、97.3、99.8%和101.2%。结论:建立的方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于小承气汤的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of honokiol, emodin, honokiol, chrysophanol and physcion in Xiao Cheng Qi Decoction. Methods: Apollo C18 column (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water. The mobile phase consisted of gradient elution, time 25min, flow rate 1mL · min-1 and detection wavelength 254nm. Results: The linear ranges of honokiol, emodin, honokiol, chrysophanol and physcion were 0.03 ~ 0.61μg, 0.09 ~ 0.31μg, 0.03 ~ 0.73μg, 0.02 ~ 0.10μg and 0.08 ~ 0.22μg The precision was 0.51%, 0.19%, 0.50%, 0.23% and 0.13% respectively. The average recoveries were 95.3%, 95.1%, 97.3%, 99.8% and 101.2% respectively. Conclusion: The established method is simple, sensitive and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Xiao Cheng Qi Decoction.
