选择湘西自治州的龙山、永顺、保靖、花垣、凤凰、吉首等六个生产烟草的县(市)为采样点。共采土样55个,采烟样44个。经荧光分光光度法测定,土壤中含硒量范围为0.20~O72X10-6,烟叶中含硒量范围为0.025~0.744X10-6。结果表明,湘西自治州土壤中含硒较富,烟叶中含硒量合适。
Choose the six counties (cities) that produce tobacco in Yongsan, Yongshun, Baojing, Huayuan, Fenghuang and Jishou of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture. A total of 55 soil samples collected, mining 44 samples. The content of selenium in soil ranged from 0.20 to 0.72X10-6 as measured by fluorescence spectrophotometry, and the range of selenium content in the leaf ranged from 0.025 to 0.744X10-6. The results showed that the soil in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture was rich in selenium and the content of selenium in tobacco leaf was suitable.
