在高压地层中钻进,通常使用专门的加重剂来增加泥浆的比重以平衡地层压力。但在实际应用当中,确定泥浆对加重剂的悬浮效果好坏是加重泥浆使用过程中的一大难题。根据加重剂在泥浆中沉降时会使泥浆的液柱压力发生改变的作用原理,专门设计了一套测试装置和评价标准,并认为加重泥浆沉降稳定值K在不大于2.81的情况下,泥浆对加重剂的悬浮效果合格。该测试装置具有结构简单,精度较高,实用性强等优点,在施工现场具有较好的应用价值。
