城市内涝地区改造对策研究——以常州为例

在城市化进程中,不少城市大量调蓄水面被填没,地面日趋硬质化,致使排水系统负担日益加重,由此引发的城市内涝高频次发生。本文以常州为例,立足于规划先行,通过细致的调查研究,科学分析积水成因,着力于更新理念,坚持走系统工程治理的技术路线,合理确定改造标准,适情提出具有可操作性的改造对策,以期对其它城市的内涝地区改造具有一定的启迪和积极的意义。 In the process of urbanization, a large number of cities have been filled with water for regulation and control and the ground has become more and more rigid. As a result, the drainage system has become increasingly burdensome, resulting in high frequency of urban waterlogging. Taking Changzhou as an example, based on the planning first, through careful investigation and research, this paper scientifically analyzes the causes of water accumulation, focuses on updating concepts, sticks to the technical route of system engineering governance, reasonably determines the standards for transformation, Reform measures, with a view to other cities in the transformation of waterlogging area has some inspiration and positive meaning.
