目的:分析2008-2011年舟山市定海区人被动物咬伤的流行病学特征,为预防和控制动物咬伤提供依据。方法:根据2008-2011年定海区疾病预防控制中心动物咬伤门诊登记资料,采用描述性方法对动物咬伤人群进行流行病学统计分析。结果:2008-2011年,舟山市定海区被动物咬伤人群逐年增多,咬伤者中男性多于女性,时间多分布在6-8月份,咬伤部位多为下肢,伤人动物多为家犬。结论:舟山市定海区被动物咬伤现象仍比较严重,今后应加强对饲养动物的管理,加大宣传力度,提高人群自我防护意识。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of human bites in Dinghai District of Zhoushan City from 2008 to 2011, and provide the basis for prevention and control of animal bites. Methods: According to the registered data of animal bites in Dinghai district center for disease control and prevention from 2008 to 2011, a descriptive method was used to carry out epidemiological analysis on animal bites. Results: From 2008 to 2011, Dinghai District, Zhoushan City, the number of animal bites increased year by year, more men than women bites, time mostly in the 6-8 months, the bites are mostly lower extremities, wounding animals are mostly home dog. Conclusion: The animal bites in Dinghai District of Zhoushan City are still relatively serious. In the future, the management of animal husbandry should be intensified and publicity should be intensified so as to raise the awareness of self-protection among the population.
