体内外实验证明,吡喹酮无明显的抑制成熟日本血吸虫卵孵化的作用,但可使毛蚴的活动能力受到影响或使其活动异常,为进一步探讨毛蚴生理特性的变化,我们观察了吡喹酮对毛蚴趋性的影响。 材料和方法 昆明种小白鼠(体重24~25g),每鼠感染日本血吸虫尾蚴40条。35d后随机取感染鼠3只,设为实验1、2、3组;每鼠从口腔灌注0.5ml 0.3%吡喹酮悬液(吡喹酮原粉溶于0.3%羧甲基纤维素钠中,药物浓度30mg/ml),实际灌注药量约600mg/kg。另取1只未经服药的小鼠,设为对照组。 投药24h后,解剖以上小鼠。参考Dresden法取其大肠各1g,并收集虫卵。取各鼠虫卵悬液2ml于小试管中孵化,30min后吸取等量管口毛蚴悬液投入实验。
