针对黑龙江省国有森工企业的特点,构建了在目前经济发展背景下的国有森工企业竞争力评价指标体系,在此基础上建立了灰色多层次综合评价模型,运用该模型对黑龙江省国有森工企业竞争力进行了纵向评价,发现2004~2008年黑龙江省国有森工企业竞争力水平是逐年提升的,并解释了这一发展变化的原因。
According to the characteristics of state-owned forestry and industrial enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of state-owned forest industry and enterprises under the background of current economic development. Based on this, a multi-level gray comprehensive evaluation model is established. By using this model, The vertical evaluation on the competitiveness of industrial and commercial enterprises was conducted. It was found that the competitiveness of state-owned forest industrial and commercial enterprises in Heilongjiang Province increased from 2004 to 2008 year by year, and the reasons for this change were explained.
