巴西石油公司既是巴西现代企业的代表,也是巴西企业国际化成功范例。从1953年公司的成立至今,巴西石油公司的发展大致可以分为三个阶段:1953年至1997年的国家垄断阶段、1997年至2002年的企业改制和地区化阶段、2002年至今的国际化阶段。伴随着公司国际化的推进,巴西石油公司提出了“到2020年跻身世界综合性能源企业五强”的目标,并针对各项业务制定了详细的规划。笔者认为,巴西石油公司具备成为全球领先的能源企业的优势和条件,但同时也面临诸多挑战。
Petrobras is both a representative of the modern enterprise in Brazil and a successful example of the internationalization of Brazilian enterprises. Since its founding in 1953, the development of Brazil’s oil companies can be roughly divided into three stages: the state monopoly period from 1953 to 1997, the period of enterprise restructuring and regionalization from 1997 to 2002, the internationalization from 2002 to the present stage. With the internationalization of the company, Petrobras proposed the goal of becoming one of the “Top 5 Comprehensive Energy Companies in the World by 2020” and formulated a detailed plan for each business. The author believes that Petrobras has the advantages and conditions to become a leading global energy company, but it also faces many challenges.
