班级是学校教育教学的载体,有效的班级管理是学校顺利运转的可靠保障。本文基于我国新一轮基础教育改革的理念,尝试对农村高中班级管理从管理理念和管理策略的角度思考,旨在践行素质教育,探索服务于农村新课改实施的有效班级管理。 Class is the carrier of school education and teaching, effective class management is a reliable guarantee for the smooth running of the school. Based on the concept of a new round of elementary education reform in our country, this article tries to think about management ideas and management strategies of rural high school classes in order to practice quality education and explore effective class management to serve the new curriculum reform in rural areas.
