伴随着全国中职示范校建设,中职教育从之前的规模、体量的外在因素,进化到注重专业建设的内涵发展中来。专业建设要围绕企业,依托市场,及时根据市场和企业的变化来调整我们的专业建设。设置怎么样的专业,专业设置何样的课程,课程中理论与实践的比例,学生的技能与素养的安排等等,都需要不断的与市场和企业沟通,掌握第一手资料。而实现这一目标,需要每一位职教人走向企业,成为调研的主体。沟通与谈判就是我们首先需要掌握的要领。
With the construction of the national secondary vocational demonstration school, the secondary vocational education has evolved from focusing on the connotation development of professional construction from the extrinsic factors of scale and mass before it. Professional construction should focus on enterprises, relying on the market, timely changes in the market and businesses to adjust our professional building. How to set the kind of professional, professionally set what kind of curriculum, the proportion of theory and practice in the course, students’ skills and literacy arrangements, etc., all need to continue to communicate with the market and business, first-hand information. To achieve this goal, we need every vocational education to enterprises, as the main research. Communication and negotiation are the essentials we need to master first.
