一、前言在工长直接操作高炉的现实情况下,发展起来的高炉标准化作业制已在太钢二号高炉上应用。该操作法是从有效的日常操作管理入手,结合本高炉的冶炼条件,制定出不同时期高炉进程所必需的操作规范(即标准),统一三班工长认识,去实现高炉连续冶炼的一致性,达到高炉顺行,稳产、高产低耗的操作目的。实践表明,该操作法对控制与调节炉况的一致,充分挖掘高炉生产潜力,已取得了明显的效果。
