目的:观察5 %咪喹莫特乳膏治疗复发性尖锐湿疣的疗效和复发率。方法:将1 2 0例患者随机分成A、B两组,A组仅用CO2 激光去除全部皮损,B组去除全部皮损后外用5 %咪喹莫特乳膏。记录疣体的复发情况,评价治疗的有效率。结果:治疗组(B组)的治愈率60 % ,复发率40 % ;对照组(A组)治愈率2 5 % ,复发率75 %。B组复发率低于A组(P <0 . 0 5 ) ,且B组有效率明显高于A组(P <0 . 0 5 )。结论:5 %咪喹莫特乳膏治疗复发性尖锐湿疣能明显降低复发率,提高治愈率。 Objective: To observe the efficacy and relapse rate of 5% imiquimod cream in the treatment of recurrent condyloma acuminatum. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into A and B groups. Group A only used CO2 laser to remove all lesions. Group B received topical 5% imiquimod cream after removing all lesions. Recorded the recurrence of wart, evaluate the effectiveness of treatment. Results: The cure rate of the treatment group (group B) was 60% and the recurrence rate was 40%. In the control group (group A), the cure rate was 25% and the recurrence rate was 75%. The recurrence rate of group B was lower than that of group A (P <0.05), and the effective rate of group B was significantly higher than that of group A (P <0.05). Conclusion: 5% imiquimod cream in the treatment of recurrent condyloma acuminata can significantly reduce the recurrence rate and improve the cure rate.
