系统地探讨了反应介质、催化剂、反应物浓度及反应时间等几个主要因素对吡咯和苯甲醛直接缩合制备四苯基卟吩产率的影响.研究结果表明,在丙酸、DMF和氯苯溶剂中,无水三氯化铝或三氯乙酸作催化剂,反应物浓度在0.4~0.5mol/L时反应2.5h可得到较好的合成产率.
The effects of reaction medium, catalyst, concentration of reactants and reaction time on the yield of tetraphenylporphin by direct condensation of pyrrole and benzaldehyde were systematically investigated. The results show that in the propionic acid, DMF and chlorobenzene solvent, anhydrous aluminum trichloride or trichloroacetic acid as a catalyst, the reactant concentration of 0.4 ~ 0.5mol / L when the reaction was 2.5h can be better The synthetic yield.
