师生关系是学校教育过程中最基本的人际交往关系。师生关系影响着教育的过程和结果,凡是缺少教师关爱的地方,学生的智慧都不能充分、个性的发展。师生之间只有建立和谐的人际关系,才能取得最佳的教学效果。高职院校要根据社会发展需求和高职院校学生的个性特点,正确理解和谐师生关系的内涵、基准和构建和谐师生关系的意义,确立以人为本的教学理念,尊重学生的主体地位,建设一种新型的和谐师生关系,提高职业教育的水平,促进高职教育的发展。
The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic interpersonal relationship in school education. The relationship between teacher and student influences the process and result of education. Wherever teachers are lacking in love, the students’ wisdom can not be fully developed and the individuality develops. Only by establishing a harmonious interpersonal relationship between teachers and students can we achieve the best teaching effect.
