针对足尺加速加载试验路路表功能的细微变形测量,提出了用单点激光器(2μm)的测量方法来采集三维路面断面数据,以设计并开发出相应的研究级别测量仪器。对系统总体结构设计与实现及软件设计与实现进行了详细论述,并对三维激光断面数据采集及其图形的重构方法和系统测量误差进行了研究和分析,以此来实现路面三维空间参数的测量,系统测量误差为±0.5 mm。试验结果表明,三维激光断面数据采集技术可以用于路面车辙、构造深度、坑槽等路面的精确测量中,从而实现路面三维数据的高效率、高精度、高自动化的检测。
Aiming at the subtle deformation measurement of the full-speed accelerated loading test roadmap, a single-point laser (2μm) measurement method is proposed to collect three-dimensional pavement profile data to design and develop corresponding research level measuring instruments.
