利用金相显微镜和洛氏硬度计对不同淬火温度和冷却方式以及回火后的组织进行了分析,研究了热处理工艺对高铬铸铁组织和性能的影响,并采用湿砂橡胶轮式磨粒磨损试验机对高铬铸铁进行了磨损性能的测试。结果表明:随淬火温度的升高,试样的硬度先升高再下降,在960℃×4h油淬,试样的硬度达到63.1HRC;试样经960℃×4h油淬+250℃×2h回火后的磨损性能最好,磨损量仅为Q235试样的1/26。
The effects of different heat treatment processes on microstructure and properties of high chromium cast iron were studied by using metallographic microscope and Rockwell hardness tester. The effects of different quenching temperature, cooling method and tempering on the microstructure and properties were studied. Wet abrasion Tester on the high-chromium cast iron wear properties of the test. The results showed that with the increase of quenching temperature, the hardness of the sample first increased and then decreased, and the hardness of the sample reached 63.1 HRC after oil quenching at 960 ℃ × 4h. The sample was quenched at 960 ℃ × 4h + 250 ℃ × 2h After tempering wear the best performance, wear only Q235 sample 1/26.
