该文介绍一种防护热板法导热系数高温测量装置,其具备温度、长度与热量可溯源性。采用耐高温不锈钢板加工护热板与计量板,热电堆控制量护温差,PT100型铂电阻温度传感器控制温度,金属杆式二等标准铂电阻温度计测量样品热面与冷面的温度,安捷伦3458A多功能数字表测量0.01Ω标准电阻与计量板加热器电压计量板的热量,冷板上安装位移传感器实时测量受热样品的厚度。在600℃条件下,装置温控重复性的标准偏差约为0.01℃,测量硅酸钙板的导热系数为0.194W/(m·K),相对标准偏差约为1%。
