酒店的经营管理模式在很大程度上决定了其兴衰成败,对于酒店的发展具有十分重要的影响。中外酒店的巨大差异,很大程度上也是由酒店的管理模式决定的。本文从管理观念、激励机制、管理风格、个性化服务和运行机制几个方面分析中外酒店管理模式的差异性。希望能够透过差异性,吸收国外酒店在管理模式上的精华,去其糟粕,进而找到更加适合我国本土的酒店管理模式。
Hotel management mode to a large extent determines its success or failure, for the development of the hotel has a very important impact. The huge differences between Chinese and foreign hotels, to a large extent, are also determined by the hotel’s management model. This article analyzes the differences between Chinese and foreign hotel management modes from the aspects of management concept, incentive mechanism, management style, individual service and operation mechanism. Hope that through the differences, to absorb the essence of foreign hotels in the management mode, to its dregs, and then find a more suitable for our country’s hotel management model.
