目的:研究有效组分配伍形式的四逆汤对甲减大鼠免疫系统的影响,阐明其治疗甲减的作用机制。方法:采用化学诱导法(灌胃0.1%PTU)复制甲减大鼠模型,以组分配伍形式的四逆汤灌胃治疗4 w,治疗结束后测定血清TPO、TPO-Ab、Tg、Tg-Ab、TR-Ab、TM-Ab、IL-1及TGF-β_1水平以考察其治疗甲减的免疫机制。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组TPO、TPO-Ab、TM-Ab、TGF-β_1水平及胸腺指数和脾脏指数显著降低(P<0.01),Tg、Tg-Ab、TRAb、IL-1水平显著升高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,四逆汤有效组分配伍组TPO、TPO-Ab、TM-Ab、TGF-β_1水平及胸腺指数和脾脏指数显著升高,Tg、Tg-Ab、TR-Ab、IL-1水平显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:组分配伍四逆汤对甲状腺功能减退症具有一定治疗作用,其机制与纠正甲减状态的免疫系统紊乱有关。
Objective: To study the effect of Sini decoction with effective components on the immune system of hypothyroidism rats and to elucidate its mechanism of hypothyroidism. Methods: The model of hypothyroidism was induced by chemical induction (intragastric administration of 0.1% PTU), and the rats were treated with the Sini Decoction with the combination of ingredients for 4 weeks. After the treatment, serum TPO, TPO-Ab, Tg and Tg- Ab, TR-Ab, TM-Ab, IL-1 and TGF-β 1 levels in order to investigate its immune mechanism for hypothyroidism. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the levels of TPO, TPO-Ab, TM-Ab, TGF-β 1, thymus index and spleen index in model group were significantly lower (P <0.01) Significantly increased (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the levels of TPO, TPO-Ab, TM-Ab, TGF-β_1 and thymus index and spleen index of the active ingredient compatibility group of Sini Decoction significantly increased, while Tg, Tg-Ab, TR-Ab and IL- The level was significantly lower (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: The component compatibility Sini Decoction has a certain therapeutic effect on hypothyroidism, and its mechanism is related to the correction of hypothyroidism immune system disorders.
