立定跳远是小学阶段国家体质健康标准测试的项目之一。在教学过程中我们发现学生存在如手脚配合不协调;单脚起跳,蹬地无力;腾空没有高度等问题,这些都直接影响了学生的立定跳远成绩。而传统的立定跳远教学形式单一、枯燥,造成学生学习积极性降低,练习效果不明显,因此学生的立定跳远成绩一直不太理想。为了解决这个问题本文就如何巧用沙包教学提高学生立定跳远成绩进行了初步的探索和研究,采用了一系列的方法来激发学生学习兴趣,规范学生各阶段的动作。
Stand-up long jump is one of the national standard test of physical fitness in primary school. In the process of teaching, we found that the existence of students such as the uncoordinated hands and feet; single-foot take-off, unable to pedal; vacated without height and other issues, which have a direct impact on student standing long jump results. However, the traditional stand-alone long jump teaching form is single and boring, resulting in the decrease of enthusiasm for students’ learning and the insignificant effect of practice. Therefore, the standing long jump performance of students has been unsatisfactory. In order to solve this problem, this paper makes a preliminary exploration and research on how to use sandbags to improve students ’standing long jump performance and adopts a series of methods to arouse students’ interest in learning and standardize the actions of students at all stages.
