广西柳州市合金材料厂继试成铬锆铜电极合金和航空DJ—100电极合金材料之后,近期又研制成功焊铝用的HDLC电极合金材料。并于1986年5月通过技术鉴定。 HDLC电极合金是焊铝用高导电率的铜合金材料(导电率>85%IACS,硬度HRB≥65,软化温度≥550℃)。其性能指标超过国际标准ISO5182—1978(E)中规定用手焊铝合金的镉铜合金性能指标。经使用验证,HDLC电极合金材料的使用寿命比镉铜电极合金材料高三倍以上,焊接质量比镉铜电极合金材料好,故前者可取代后者。HDLC电极合金材料可广泛应用于航空、化工、电子和机械等部门焊接铝及铝合金。
