滕彪,1991考入北京大学法学院,在北大求学凡十一年,获博士学位。现在中国政法大学法学院任教,讲授法理学、法哲学与法社会学、法律语言学、法律与文学等课程。因与同窗许志永、俞江在“孙志刚事件”中呼吁对收容遣送制度进行违宪审查而被评选为2003年度法治人物,获《南风窗》“为了公共利益”社会良知奖、美国格雷兹曼基金会“社会成就奖”。 现在,他正在为一起“救助站”事件呼号。
Teng Biao, 1991 admitted to Peking University Law School, Peking University where eleven years, received a doctorate. Now the law school of China University of Political Science and Law to teach, teaching jurisprudence, law philosophy and law sociology, legal linguistics, law and literature courses. Because of his classmate Xu Zhiyong and Yu Jiang who appealed for the unconstitutional review of the system of detention and repatriation in the Sun Zhigang Incident, they were awarded the 2003 Legal Person by the “Southern Wind Window” and the “Public Interests” Social Conscience Award. The U.S. Grant Lehman Fund Will “social achievement award.” Now, he is calling for a “rescue station” incident.
