利用透射电子显微镜研究了高铬铸铁在摩擦过程中的显微组织变化。结果表明:奥氏体基体在摩擦应力的作用下发生相变。摩擦表面形成α′M。次表层形成γ与α′M共存区;γ与εM共存区;γ位错丛聚区。观察发现共晶碳化物(Fe,Cr)7C3周围的奥氏体易发生α′M马氏体相变。
The microstructure of high chromium cast iron during friction was investigated by transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the austenite matrix undergoes phase transformation under the action of friction stress. The friction surface forms α’M. Subsurface formation of γ and α’M coexistence area; γ and εM coexistence area; γ dislocation clustering area. It is observed that the austenite around the eutectic carbide (Fe, Cr) 7C3 is apt to undergo α’M martensitic transformation.
