当前我国教师教育正处于一个历史性转折和特殊的发展时期。教师教育遇到的困难和问题,既有长期遗留下来的结构性、体制性的老问题,也有改革发展过程中出现的新问题。当前教师教育内外部环境决定了教师教育改革与发展是一个渐进的过程,我们不能脱离实际,拔发离地,不能寄希望“一夜之间”解决所有的问题。但是,我们也不能消极等待,无所作为。我们应该以积极进取、有所作为的精神,在总结和继承教师教育经验的基础上,深刻分析和正确判断教师教育所面临的形势和问题,正确把握新时期教师教育改革发展的方向和思路,积极、努力、创造性地工作。
At present, China’s teacher education is in a historic turning point and a special period of development. The difficulties and problems encountered in teacher education include both structural and institutional old issues left over from a long period of time, as well as new problems arising during the course of reform and development. The current internal and external environment of teacher education determines that the reform and development of teacher education is a gradual process. We must not be separated from the reality, and we must not leave the hope of “solving overnight” to solve all problems. However, we cannot wait passively and do nothing.
