From 1983 to 1985, the research shows that the elephants harming sugar beet in Liaoning Province are as follows: Beet feet, Mongolian earth elephant, Beet, Three North beet, Two sharp eyes, Black twill, Including Beynolds, Punic nictus Gerbera, Beynanchus xylophilus and Beet, etc. The beet species Bothynoderes Punctiventris Germar is the dominant species in Jianping area, accounting for 75.40-91.16% of the total. Xylinophorus mongolicas Faust, Wu, Montenegro, Changtu and other dominant species, accounting for the total occurrence of 92.75 ~ 99.42%. In addition to the Mongolian earth elephants, the remaining nine species of elephants in Liaoning Province are newly recorded in this survey. From 1983 to 1987, we carried out the development and test on the prevention and control of beetle insects such as methylthiophene and phosphorus, and popularized more than 20 million mu of beet (accounting for 94% of the sown area in the province). Its formulation is seed: water: 35% methyl phosphorothiozane EC = 100: 400: 2.0, and has achieved remarkable prevention and cure effects. The insecticidal rate of the poisoning seedling is over 85%, the seedling protection rate is 91.8% to 98.1%, and the yield is generally recovered ~ 17%, a serious block can be restored more than 50%, 0.5 sugar, and can cure other black peach scarab seedlings pests. Control effect is obvious, simple and easy, the investment ratio of 1:64, high economic efficiency, an annual increase of 5.35 million yuan and on the ground part of the natural enemies of pests no killing effect.
