对于不适应行角膜移植术或术后失败的角膜白斑患者来说,人工角膜(keratoprosthesis,KPs)植入术是其重建视力的最后手段。由于异质材料与生物组织之间的相容性问题一直是影响人工角膜手术成败的关键因素,因此人工角膜发展的历史,也就是其材料不断更新的过程。综述了用于制作人工角膜的各种材料及其实验和应用结果。
Keratoprosthesis (KPS) implantation is the last resort to reconstruct vision of corneal leukoplakia patients who are not suitable for corneal transplantation or postoperative failure. Since the compatibility between foreign material and biological tissue has always been a key factor affecting the success or failure of artificial corneal surgery, the history of the development of artificial cornea, that is, the continuous updating of materials. The various materials used for making artificial cornea and the results of its experiments and applications are reviewed.
