城市交通在城市社会经济发展过程中发挥着不可或缺的作用,城市交通规划也日益受到各级政府与社会各界的高度重视。将城市交通规划编制工作纳入法治轨道有助于提升城市交通规划的严肃性、权威性、科学性与规范性。论文以推动城市交通规划的法制建设为目标,根据相关法规对城市交通规划的要求,分析新形势下我国城市交通规划的转变趋向,就规划编制体系、编制主体、编制程序等方面存在的问题进行深入剖析,提出我国城市交通规划编制法治化完善的实施建议。 Urban transport plays an indispensable role in the process of urban social and economic development.
