目的 :探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)及 nm2 3- H1表达与乳腺癌生物学行为及淋巴结转移的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化方法对 32例乳腺癌中 VEGF和 nm2 3- H1表达进行测定。结果 :VEGF过表达或 nm 2 3- H1低表达者淋巴结转移率明显高于正常表达者 (P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 )。在 VEGF过表达及 nm2 3- H1低表达同时存在时 ,淋巴结转移率更高。结论 :通过 VEGF及 nm2 3- H1表达检测对正确评价乳腺癌淋巴结转移的可能性及其预后有较大意义 ,两者同时检测意义尤为重大。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and nm23-H1 and the biological behavior and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer. Methods : The expression of VEGF and nm2 3- H1 in 32 cases of breast cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The lymph node metastasis rate of VEGF overexpression or nm23-H1 low expression was significantly higher than that of normal expression (P<0.01, P<0.05). In the presence of VEGF overexpression and low expression of nm2 3- H1, the lymph node metastasis rate was higher. Conclusion : The detection of VEGF and nm2 3- H1 expression is of great significance for the correct evaluation of the possibility of lymph node metastasis in breast cancer and its prognosis.
