最近,我院燃烧理论研究室在江西信丰发电厂进行了新型劣质煤钝体燃烧器的工业试验,获得成功.试验表明,采用这种燃烧器能较大幅度地节约煤炭和助燃油,为我国燃用劣质煤的电站锅炉节约能源提供了新技术.以前,江西信丰发电厂用当地劣质无烟煤时,长期存在着火困难、燃烧不稳定、热效率低、负荷低至百分之七十时必须投入助燃油等问题,而且在燃烧过程中灭火打炮的现象时有发生,运行人员的安全得不到可靠保障.这次试验是在该厂二号炉上(配1.2万千瓦汽轮发电机组,中压65吨/时,切向燃烧锅炉)分冷态与热态两步进行.首先,在冷态下对钝体尾迹的空气动力特性、气流衰减特性、钝体阻力特性与气流切圆情况等进行了实测.热态试验分为额定负荷工况、低负荷工况、各种一次风率和三次风率等近三十个工况进行.在试验中,测量了钝体表面温度、钝体尾迹及炉内的温度分布、飞灰及灰渣含碳量等,共取得约一千五百个试验数据,掌握了大量的第一手资料.试验充分证明,采用这种钝体燃烧器燃烧劣质煤,气流刚性良好,炉膛中央仍能形成较强烈的旋流,火焰也没有刷墙现象,而且煤粉着火明显提前,燃烧稳定,就是负荷降低
