随着市场竞争的不断加剧和企业改革的逐步深入,如何做好员工的管理,激发他们的工作热情是一个非常有必要的,从人性出发,用制度规范,从而开发出员工的工作热情。本文从三个方面阐述了如何激发各种员工的工作热情。阐述中充分结合不同时期员工不同的情况而运用不同的方式方法更好适应新时期的变化,更好地开展企业的人力资源管理工作。
With the continuous increase of market competition and the gradual deepening of enterprise reform, it is very necessary to do a good job in staff management and to arouse their enthusiasm for work. Starting from human nature, using system standard to develop staff enthusiasm. This article illustrates how to inspire the enthusiasm of all kinds of employees from three aspects. The exposition fully combines the different situations of employees in different periods and adopts different ways and means to better adapt to the changes in the new era and to better carry out human resources management in enterprises.
