“十五”时期,特别是CEPA实施以后,粤港澳合作不断深化。当前应抓住内地新《律师法》出台的契机,加强粤港澳三地联动打击职务犯罪,建立健全合作追逃机制和反洗钱机制。本文指出广东地区检察机关更应进一步解放思想,学习借鉴香港廉政公署在打击职务犯罪方面的经验,积极应对挑战。 During the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period, especially after the implementation of CEPA, the cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Maucao continued to deepen. At present, we should seize the opportunity brought by the new “Lawyers Law” in the Mainland to step up joint crimes against post crimes in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Maucao, and establish and improve the mechanism for cooperation and pursuit of money and anti-money laundering. This article points out that the prosecutorial agencies in Guangdong should further emancipate their minds and learn from the experience of the ICAC in fighting crime in their posts so as to actively respond to the challenges.
