在对国有企业转换经营机制政策的倡导下,我国千千万万的国有企业在较短的时间内实现了经营机制的转变,众多的中小型国有企业,变成了各式各样的民营股份制企业。在国有企业时期,这些企业都有着健全的党群工作系统,改制后就面临着对该系统机构、人员、工作内容等方面的全新的定位问题。在这里,我结合本企业的工作实践,仅就企业党委在企业改制后的新形势下,如何开展党建工作作一些探讨。
Under the policy of converting the operating mechanism of state-owned enterprises, the tens of millions of state-owned enterprises in our country have realized the transformation of the operating mechanism in a relatively short period of time. A large number of small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises have become all kinds of private shareholding systems enterprise. During the period of state-owned enterprises, these enterprises all had a sound working system of the party and the masses. After the reform, they faced a brand-new positioning issue in respect of the system institutions, personnel and work contents. Here, I combine the work practice of our enterprise, and only discuss how to carry out the work of Party building under the new situation after the reform of enterprises.
