本文介绍了用数值分析法对GTR单管结构和达林顿结构的电流增益进行计算机模拟,得到几个影响电流增益的主要因素;提出一种适合工作在大电流段的GTR电路模型参数的提取方法,为GTR达林顿结构及应用电路的网络分析提供了有效的途径。
In this paper, numerical simulation is used to simulate the current gain of the GTR single-tube structure and the Darlington structure. Several main factors that affect the current gain are obtained.
