在本文中,作者进行了轴向多孔的静压径向空气轴承和环状的静压止推空气轴承的承载能力实验和近似的理论分析。在实验中分析了供气压力、毛细孔的直径和数目、轴向间隙等参数对承载能力的影响,并比较了不同结构的和不同毛细孔方向的止推轴承的承载能力。实验结果和数据可供设计时参考。 针对所采用的结构,作者提出了气压分布的简化模型。按照简化模型进行的承载能力计算与实验结果基本上符合。这些公式可在初步设计时用做近似计算。
In this paper, the author carried out axial porous hydrostatic radial air bearing and annular hydrostatic thrust air bearing capacity of the experimental and approximate theoretical analysis. In the experiment, the effects of gas supply pressure, the diameter and number of capillary pores, axial clearance and other parameters on the bearing capacity were analyzed. The bearing capacity of thrust bearing with different structures and different capillary directions was compared. Experimental results and data are available for design reference. In view of the adopted structure, the authors propose a simplified model of pressure distribution. The calculation of carrying capacity according to the simplified model is basically in line with the experimental results. These formulas can be used as an approximation in preliminary design.
