高等教育自学考试作为中国特色高等教育制度的一项重要创新,作为我国终身教育体系的重要组成部分,20多年来始终显示着与时俱进的生命力。当下,高校扩招、电大、成人高校、远程教育、网络教育等快速发展,显然对自考形成了新的冲击。在新形势下,自学考试要按照周济部长所要求的“积极发展、规范管理、开拓创新”,调整自身结构、找准定位,明确方向,采取应对策略,适应新的变化。
As an important innovation of the higher education system with Chinese characteristics, the self-taught examination of higher education, as an important part of China’s lifelong education system, has always shown the vitality of keeping pace with the times for more than 20 years. At present, the rapid development of college enrollment, TVU, adult colleges and universities, distance education, online education, etc., apparently created a new impact on self-examination. Under the new situation, self-study examinations should be in accordance with the requirements of Minister Zhou Ji, “actively develop, standardize management and blaze new trails”, adjust their own structure, identify their own positions, clarify the direction, adopt coping strategies and adapt to new changes.
