双金属复合铸造反击板锤

在矿山、冶金、建材等行业广泛使用反击式破碎机破碎物料,反击板锤是其主要抗磨配件,耗用量很大。过去用来制造板锤的材料主要是高锰钢,但其加工硬化效果较差,在玻璃行业用于破碎砂岩时,一只板锤的寿命仅几小时,破碎量只有30吨左右。近年来有人采用高铬铸铁制造板锤,抗磨性较好,寿命是高锰钢的4倍以上,但由于其韧性较低,所以抗意外冲击能力差,易断裂。为此,我们采用双金属复合浇注的方法,研制成双金属复合反击板锤。经一年多实际使用,寿命较高锰钢板锤提高3—4倍,抗冲击性能亦较好。 In mining, metallurgy, building materials and other industries extensive use of crusher crusher material, counterattack hammer is its main anti-wear parts, consumption of large. To this end, we use bimetallic compound casting method, developed into a bimetallic composite strike hammer. After more than a year of actual use, higher life expectancy manganese plate hammer increased 3-4 times, the impact resistance is also better.
