一、引言传统的口语教学模式已显露出种种弊端,主要表现在以下几方面:首先,传统的大学英语课堂口语教学往往以教师为中心,教学方法单一,形式多为教师提问,学生回答或接句,在整个教学过程中,学生显得比较被动。其次,学生接触真实英语交际情景的机会非常有限,他们的语言学习和习得的主要环境就是课堂。此外,受传统教学与应试教育的影响,讲解课文,词汇,翻译,写作练习往往占用了课堂大部分时间,加之四级统考的压力,有的老师为了赶进度,口语教学就被束之高阁,这使得非英语专业学生本身就缺乏口语课堂。因此大学英语口语教学改革势在必行。 I.
