我国煤矿的煤巷、半煤岩巷掘进和采煤工作面,长期以来一直采用干式钻眼。此种作业方式粉尘浓度高达150~200毫克/米~3以上,超出国家煤矿保安规程标准15~20倍,严重危害煤矿井下工人身体健康。1980年,国家颁发的《煤矿安全规程》第十七条明确规定;在采掘煤巷和半煤岩巷必须采用湿式钻眼,以改善井下劳动条件,保障矿工身体健康,提高工作效率。采用中空菱形钢制成麻花钻杆,配上湿式煤电钻进行湿式钻眼,是治理粉尘的有效途径。早在六十年代中期,就有少数煤矿及科研单位开始对湿式煤电钻进行研制。但由于
