自党的十一届三中全会以来,我国各行各业改革开放的步伐越来越快,各个领域都出现了一派欣欣向荣的气象。照常理,我们的图书馆事业亦应在改革的大潮中蓬勃发展,可事实并非完全如此。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, all walks of life in our country have enjoyed a faster pace of reform and opening up and a thriving atmosphere has emerged in all fields. As usual, our library business should also flourish in the tide of reform. But this is not the case.
