目的:就饮食护理干预对食道癌患者放疗期间营养状况的影响进行研究、分析.方法:本次入选人员均选自2019年1月至2021年1月在我院放疗的食道癌患者,予以饮食护理.结果:经相应护理干预后,患者放疗期间的应用状况有明显改善,血红蛋白等指标呈良好趋势,出现不良反应的概率较低,进一步促进了其生活质量的提高.结论:针对放疗食道癌患者而言,饮食护理的落实有利于改善其治疗期间的营养状况,值得推广、应用.“,”Objective: To study and analyze the influence of dietary nursing intervention on the nutritional status of patients with esophageal cancer during radiotherapy. Methods: All the participants were selected from the patients with esophageal cancer who received radiotherapy in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021, and received dietary nursing. Results: After corresponding nursing intervention, the application status of patients during radiotherapy was significantly improved, the indicators such as hemoglobin showed a good trend, and the incidence of adverse reactions was low, which further promoted the improvement of their quality of life. Conclusion: For patients with esophageal cancer after radiotherapy, the implementation of dietary nursing is beneficial to improve their nutritional status during treatment, which is worthy of promotion and application.
