For the causes of corruption in our country, many scholars think it is due to the imperfect system in all aspects. However, this view can not respond to the following two facts: First, why is this stage of our country from the initial period of the founding of New China to the period of reform and opening up recognized in the context of a more imperfect system, mechanism and system than at present? Relatively clean period? Second, why after the reform and opening up, in our system, mechanism and system
