[目的]探讨应激状态下,新兵训练倦怠与血压、心率之间的关系。[方法]对新兵采用问卷调查与试验相结合的方法进行研究,问卷为新兵训练倦怠自评问卷,以收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)为观察指标,采用相关及线性回归分析的方法分析训练倦怠与血压、心率的关系。[结果](1)新兵任务期血压和心率值高于基线期、结束期(P=0.000)。训练倦怠高分组任务期和结束期SBP、DBP、HR值高于低分组(P<0.01)。(2)身心耗竭得分与任务期HR值呈负相关(r=-0.139,P=0.005);训练倦怠总分及身心耗竭、训练疏离得分均与任务期-基线期HR波动值、任务期-结束期HR波动值呈负相关(P<0.05或0.01)。(3)线性回归分析显示,任务期和结束期HR对身心耗竭得分的影响有统计学意义(t=-4.137、2.519,P=0.000、0.012);任务期-结束期HR对训练倦怠总分的影响有统计学意义(t=-2.637,P=0.009)。[结论]新兵的血压、心率在受到心理应激时反应强烈,身心耗竭、训练疏离与心率变化有一定关联,加强身心耗竭、训练疏离的调控有利于其心率的控制。
[Objective] To explore the relationship between training burnout and blood pressure and heart rate under stress condition. [Methods] The recruits were studied by means of a combination of questionnaires and tests. The questionnaires were burnout self-assessment questionnaires for recruits. The SBP, DBP and HR were used as the observation indexes. Linear regression analysis of the relationship between training burnout and blood pressure, heart rate. [Results] (1) The recruit blood pressure and heart rate during the mission period were higher than the baseline and the end (P = 0.000). The SBP, DBP and HR values of the training burnout high group were higher than those of the low group (P <0.01). (2) There was a negative correlation between physical and mental exhaustion scores and HR (r = -0.139, P = 0.005); training burnout total score and physical and mental exhaustion, training and alienation scores were all significantly correlated with task duration-baseline HR fluctuation, The end of the HR fluctuation was negatively correlated (P <0.05 or 0.01). (3) The linear regression analysis showed that the effect of HR on the physical and mental exhaustion score was statistically significant (t = -4.137,2.519, P = 0.000,0.012); the task-term HR had no significant effect on the training burnout total score The effect was statistically significant (t = -2.637, P = 0.009). [Conclusion] The recruits’ blood pressure and heart rate are strongly influenced by psychological stress, exhaustion of body and mind, training alienation and change of heart rate are related to reinforce the mental and physical exhaustion. Training and alienation control are beneficial to their heart rate control.
