风机前后轴承温度由2支热电阻(型号:Pt100)测量,信号接入XTRM-2215AG温度巡检仪,经巡检仪计算比较后输出温度高的温度值(4~20mA)送入DCS模块,此信号在DCS程序中与设定的温度值作比较运算,当温度值大于等于设定值时,风机驱动信号停止输出,设备保护停机。1存在的问题两条生产线(5 000t/d)采用和利时公司的MACSV 1.0操作系统,风机功能块程序组态了前后轴承温度等信号参数,来进行超限值保护跳停及工艺
The temperature of the bearing before and after the fan is measured by 2 thermal resistances (Model: Pt100). The signal is connected to the XTRM-2215AG temperature inspection device. After comparison and calculation by the inspection device, the temperature of the output high temperature (4-20mA) is sent to the DCS module, This signal is compared with the set temperature value in the DCS program.
