坤阳国际商务广场工程,建于上海肇嘉浜路吴兴路口。工程占地面积3800m~2,建筑平面为二个矩形夹45°角的弧形建筑,主楼24层,裙房有3、4、6层,渐高渐收。总高度78m。建筑总面积3.1万m~2,为高级商办大楼。 1 基础结构概况 1.1 基础为地下二层,主楼工程桩为Φ700钻孔灌注桩,裙房承压桩Φ700,抗拔桩Φ600;主楼底板厚1.6m,裙房基础为梁板式,板厚0.5m,反梁高1.6m,坑底西侧有局部落低。地下室外墙板厚0.45m,中楼板厚0.15m,顶板厚0.3m,基础混凝土强度除有6根Φ1500圆柱为C55外,其余均为C40、S8。
The Kunming International Business Plaza project was built at the junction of Wuxing, Zhaojiabang Road, Shanghai. The project covers an area of 3800m~2, and the building plane consists of two rectangular arc-shaped buildings with a 45-degree angle. The outdoor outdoor wall thickness is 0.45m, the middle floor thickness is 0.15m, and the top thickness is 0.3m. The base concrete strength has 6 Φ1500 cylinders with C55 and the rest are C40 and S8.
